There are four versions of Thrill Kill.
Full Uncensored

This version has an opening video, all character endings and all music tracks. Belladonna has her 'Go Down' Thrill Kill and in the beginning of a round she will rub herself and moan. When Cleetus bites into the leg he carries, blood squirts out and you can hear the sound of ripping flesh.

This version also has all videos and music tracks. But it differs from the first version: When Cleetus bites into the leg he carries, there is no blood and Cleetus says "yummy". In the beginning of a round Belladonna will rub herself and laugh. Moreover, she doesn't have her 'Go Down' Thrill Kill.
NTSC Beta
File Name: SLUS-12345.
It is a beta version of the game. There are no character endings. The game has only 5 music tracks. The opening video is missing.
PAL Beta
File Name: SLES-01337.
Another beta version, which doesn't have any music. It doesn't have an opening video either. Some character ending are missing or incomplete. AI is very poor here.
